Bill Thompson: Managing Director, Global Services
Bill Thompson joined IMPACT Group in July 2008 as Managing Director, Global Services. Bill is directly responsible for leading the international division of IMPACT Group from both a business development and operational perspective. Bill manages all revenue and profit margin targets, International Consultant Managers, Business Developers and Account Management staff.
For the past ten years, Bill was Vice President, GMAC Global Relocation Services in London where he was responsible for achieving business goals and objectives pertaining to operational effectiveness, productivity improvement, revenue generation, client and customer service standards and client retention in EMEA. Bill led and managed the organization’s business and fostered collaboration between operations, strategic services, supply chain management and sales. Bill Thompson is based in Switzerland near Lausanne.
Bill holds a BSc(Econ) in Economics and Politics from The Queens University, Belfast in North Ireland. He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
