Carolyn Parrott, CMF: Vice President, Client Services
Carolyn Parrott came on board at IMPACT Group in 2007 via the strategic acquisition of Spherion’s Human Resource Consulting Group where she held roles as Director of Operations, Director, Quality and Reporting and National Director, Career Transition Services. In these roles she directed multiple large and complex projects for Fortune 50 clients. Carolyn brings more than 15 years of operations, project management, career transition and change management experience to her role as Vice President, Client Services at IMPACT Group. She designs and manages innovative, cost-effective, high quality programs that attract and retain key Fortune 500 accounts. As a member of the leadership team, Carolyn is accountable for consulting quality and delivery for relocation and outplacement.
As National Director, Group Services for Spherion Human Resource Consulting Group, Carolyn directed and managed relationships with three concurrent Fortune 100 projects where she directed implementation of career transition, career centers, and change management services through 50 branch offices. In addition, she led group services and developed training materials for candidates and consultants. She was also responsible for establishing consulting standards and training for staff professional development
Carolyn holds a B.S. (cum laude) in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a member of the Association of Career Professionals International and holds the designation of Career Management Fellow (CMF) through the Institute of Career Certification International. She is a Qualified Practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and a certified Retirement Coach.
