Lauren Herring passionately provides leadership to IMPACT Group in her role as President and CEO of the global career management firm. Prior to her current role, Lauren was President, Global Services where she was responsible for all international business development and operations. She guided the work of IMPACT Group’s International presence, providing leadership and support to all areas of the organization in assisting transferees with international issues and needs. Within the past three years, Lauren hired personnel and launched 28 international locations in The Americas, Europe and Asia.

Lauren joined IMPACT Group as an Account Executive in 2001 and was promoted to Research Manager in 2002, where she implemented structural changes and was a strong advocate for empowering the research team to take ownership of their work’s impact on every aspect of the service delivery process. In 2005, Lauren took responsibility for Marketing and added international growth to her list of duties. Lauren managed the Marketing Department, where she provided strategic direction regarding look and feel for the company’s branding. In addition, she was responsible for the sales and development of IMPACT Group’s global locations.

Lauren was awarded the prestigious “30 Under 30 Award” presented by University of Missouri and the St. Louis Business Journal in 2008. She was the recipient of the 2007 “Global HR Innovator of the Year Award” presented by GlobalHR Magazine. She is an internationally recognized speaker on the topic of global mobility and has been published in Mobility and GlobalHR magazines, among others. Lauren serves on the boards of community organizations, including Connections to Success, the Creativity in Business Board at the Center of Creative Arts, and the Friends Board for Loyola Academy. Lauren holds a Master in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame. She is fluent in Spanish, and, prior to joining IMPACT Group, Lauren worked in economic development in Puerto Rico.
