Tony Lombardi, GMS: Vice President, Business Development & Marketing
Tony Lombardi joined IMPACT Group in 2007 as Vice President of Business Development. Tony oversees all Sale Executives, Account Executives and Account Services at IMPACT Group and is responsible for account planning, strategy, establishing goals, objectives for maintaining and growing existing clients while securing new opportunities.
Tony has more than 17 years of sales experience, including a strong background in the human resources industry. He most recently served as Director of Healthcare Sales, at Kronos Incorporated. Tony was instrumental in creating the healthcare vertical market and rebuilding the sales team for a 14 state region. Prior to Kronos, Tony was Business Development Manager at Perficient Inc. (formerly Vertecon), a leading information technology consulting firm.
Tony completed sales training at IMPAX Sales, Holden International, The Complex Sale, Inc., Corporate Visions and Carew International and participated in an entrepreneurship by Performance Consulting Group. Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Webster University in St. Louis.
