Our role is to provide your dual-career/spouse partner with the skills, coaching and resources to help them land the opportunity  at a pace that suits their needs. Through IMPAXIS, our premier Web portal, we will connect  your spouse/partner to resources that will help them identify search firms, executive recruiters and agencies and their asssignments in thier target field. One important point to remember when working with recruiters is the they are tasked with "finding people for jobs" rather than "finding jobs for people". We'll share our advice and tips for working effectively with recruiters. We'll also provide access to powerful tools and databases to help you target organizations and hard to find open positions.

How can you help me and my family?

IMPACT Group provides services for individuals relocating both domestically and globally. Our domestic services include: acclimation support for employee and family and dual-career support for your spouse/partner. Our global assignment program services include: integration/acclimation support, dual-career job search support, expatriation and repatriation support to ensure a smooth transition throughout the assignment.   Our services are delivered by highly experienced consulting professionals. In addition to working with a personally assigned consultant, key support is provided by our Web portal, IMPAXIS.

What is in my program?

Programs are designed to help you adjust quickly to your new environment so that employee productivity and focus remains high and the assignment is successful. You and your spouse/partner will be assigned an individual, dedicated consultant  who will proactively be in contact with you and your spouse / partner before, during, and after the move to assist you with critical issues – including spouse career and long-term employee / family integration to your  new environment.
