Relocation Pre-Decision Support
Addressing the critical decision factors affecting employee’s acceptance of the transfer.
IMPACT Group's Relocation Pre-Decision Program assists in addressing a candidate's concerns related to the pending relocation. When faced with a decision to move, people inevitably have questions about the new community, and the spouse / partner may be concerned about the potential job market in the new location. This program is designed to provide answers to questions that are the critical obstacles in accepting the relocation. The Relocation Pre-Decision Support program includes:
Decision Making Consulting. A Decision Consultant will be assigned to each employee / family to identify and examine the critical issues that an employee or family must address before making a confident decision.
Customized Research. During the relocation decision-making process, customized information is researched on behalf of the employee / family to address critical decision factors. Community and/or job search research is completed on a priority basis by IMPACT Group's team of professional researchers.
Technology Support. Each employee / family will have access to useful information and customized research pertinent to the new location, including answers to the many "how do I..?" questions that inevitably arise during a move. The Web site is also another way to remain in contact with the personal Consultant throughout the decision timeframe.
