IMPACT Group's Global Relocation Support program ensures the employee and their accompanying family is supported before, during and after the assignment is complete.
IMPACT Group’s Global Relocation Support takes a holistic approach to ensuring the assignee has a successful experience abroad. Programs are designed to help employee and family adjust quickly to their new environment so productivity and focus remain high and the assignment is successful. Families are assigned an individual, dedicated consultant who will maintain proactive contact before, during and after the move to assist with critical issues, including dual-career/career continuation for the accompanying spouse/partner, successful family integration and repatriation support for the entire family.
