IMPACT Group’s Global Relocation Support takes a holistic approach ensuring the assignee has a successful experience abroad. Programs are designed to help employee and family adjust quickly to their new environment so productivity and focus remains high and the assignment is successful. Families are assigned a dedicated consultant who will maintain proactive contact before, during and after the move to assist with critical issues, such as: dual-career/career continuation for accompanying spouse/partner, successful family integration and repatriation support for the entire family.
