Rob Meyers

Senior Career and Leadership Development Coach

Robert Meyers serves as a Senior Consultant for IMPACT Group with more than 15 years of business experience helping individuals and organizations with career issues, including career discovery, career exploration, career transition, career management, educational advising, psychological assessment, and retirement planning.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Robert is a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Strong Interest Inventory, and the Life Options Planning Report (for retirement). He has attended numerous workshops and training in the career management arena.

In 2004, Robert earned his Career Management Fellow (CMF) designation from the Institute of Career Professionals International based on proven knowledge of the principles and practices of career management and demonstrated high-level of achievement and conduct in the career management profession. Additionally, he has written a career transition manual and his advice has been published on a national outplacement career website.

He has worked with various industries, including mining, telecommunications, utilities, health care, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and not-for-profit.   Robert has facilitated and managed career transition projects for Verizon, General Dynamics, Raytheon, State Farm Insurance, Peabody Coal, Cypress-Amax Coal, Pennsylvania Power & Light, Deaconess Hospital, Rand McNally, Carrier, Cummins Engine, Hewlett Packard, Eli Lilly, Eaton, Alltel, and Woolworth.

Robert has helped thousands of clients with career-related issues. In addition, he has been active in numerous professional organizations, such as the Association for Psychological Type, California Chamber of Commerce Executives, Indiana Society of Association Executives, International Association of Business Communicators, Toastmasters International, the Human Resource Association of Central Indiana, and the Association of Career Professionals International.
