Ann Elliott is a Global Career and Transition Coach with years of experience delivering C-Suite coaching services internationally to executives in leading corporations. Ann’s main focus in coaching is on career transition, working with C-Suite executives to support their transitions due to either global relocation or outplacement. She has provided advanced cultural and business insights to European, American, and Asian executives and their spouses during their relocation transition periods and subsequently as they settle in to their new and exciting environments in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
Following a successful career in Banking in Ireland, Ann has lived and worked in Bangkok for many years holding a series of high-profile positions in Retail, Hospitality, and Property Development in Thailand. She has gained a unique and very personal perspective of the multiple cultures prevalent in the ASEAN region and the effects and nuances these have both in work and in day-to-day living. She has had the opportunity to travel extensively across the globe.
Ann enjoys challenges and is passionate about coaching and the positive effects her collaboration with clients can have on them, their families, and the companies they work for. Her approach is positive, strengths based, and results oriented, with a strong focus on personal branding and developing a stand-out online presence.
Along with her coaching experience, Ann gained a degree in business administration in the UK and completed a professional coach training through the International Coaching Federation. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also a licensed Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, a member of the International Society of Professional Counsellors, and Strengthscope Suite certified.
Based in Bangkok, Ann holds dual Irish / Thai Nationality and is a fluent Thai speaker. She enjoys interacting with people of all nationalities, socially and in the work place, and travels as much as she can within Thailand, Southeast Asia, Europe, and America.
