Chris has personally used all of the tools and strategies she shares with professionals to reinvent her own life and career multiple times. Growing up, her family relocated six times for her dad’s job by the time she left for college. She knows very well the challenges dual-career families go through when relocating.
Chris founded THRIVE Coach Services, Inc. in 2010. Her business is the culmination of over 20 years’ experience guiding thousands of professionals across the United States to achieve career and personal goals as an Outplacement Consultant and Wellness Professional in the education, healthcare, corporate, and community settings. She has coached everyone from students to entry-level employees to C-suite executives.
Along with her years of coaching experience, Chris is a Certified Professional Life & Career Coach, Executive Coach, Speaker, Trainer, Consultant, and two-time Amazon #1 International Best-Selling Author. She feels deep gratitude for being called to her highest purpose in her work and enjoys helping others discover, develop, and live out their highest calling in their lives. Chris is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and currently lives in a suburb of Chicago with her husband and two children.
