Cynthia Bucy is an experienced Human Resources Professional who delights in building relationships with professionals to help them further their goals. Then she provides recommendations to assist customers in making informed decisions about planned change, whether that change is reinventing a career interrupted by relocation or identifying resources for integrating into a new community.
A life-long learner, Cynthia has earned a master’s in Management and Administrative Sciences with a certification in Organizational Development and Change Management, as well as a master’s in Journalism. She is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment and incorporates that tool into her coaching sessions.
As an innovative and analytical thinker, Cynthia coaches individual contributors, managers, and C-level executives on job search strategies and community resources.
