Ilona Tse is an ICF certified ACC coach with a degree in business administration, as well as a long-term expat with strong international experience. She specializes in delivering management/leadership development and transition/life coaching for international executive clients across different industries, including, banking, IT, retail, education, hospitality, health, art and more.
Ilona is passionate about helping, supporting, encouraging, motivating and collaborating with clients to help them find fulfillment, satisfaction and perpetual growth in both work and life.
With over 16 years of expatriation in various parts of China, she has accumulated and gained first-hand knowledge and understanding of the psychology, emotions and various phases an expat faces during transitions. She was an entrepreneur who started and ran her own retail business for a few years while expatriating in Shanghai. Ilona was also involved in various volunteer roles in international schools to help acclimate new families.
Formerly, she was a marketing management executive with extensive experience in various industries – from quasi government trade organization, NASDAQ listed e-commerce company and international audit firm to the fashion industry. Ilona possesses proven management skills in strategic planning and marketing with prior experience in working with high-level bilateral committees of the US, European Union and Japan comprised of Chairman and CEOs of MNCs in the respective countries and trade and business associations in over 20 countries around the world.
Combining her previous extensive executive management background in various industries and international organizations and long-term expatriation, plus earlier education in Europe, US and Asia, Ilona excels at working with a wide diversity of clients on cross-cultural and disciplines coaching.
