Executive Coach/Senior Global Coach
Jennifer Roberts-Stutzriem is a Senior Global Coach with IMPACT Group where she serves on the Leadership Development, Relocation, and Outplacement teams. As an Executive Coach & Senior Consultant, Jennifer has worked with Mid-Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-Suite Executives in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. Her clients vary across a wide range of industries with a small sampling including: information technology, oil & gas, healthcare, insurance, banking, consumer products, education, manufacturing, and telecommunications.
On the Leadership Development side, Jennifer works with corporate clients and their staff to develop managers into more effective leaders. Her strengths include organizational effectiveness, individual career development, talent management strategies, and succession planning. On the Relocation side, she works with employees, their spouses, and immediate family members to help everyone in the family feel at home again in the new location. On the Outplacement / Career Transition side, Jennifer helps individuals create a clear path to their next career move.
Prior to joining IMPACT Group, Jennifer worked with Right Management as an Executive Coach & Senior Consultant. In addition, she served on the College & University Executive coaching team for the Executive MBA programs with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Texas – Austin & El Paso, and George Washington University. Her MIT coaching clients included graduates living in Greece, Korea, Italy, Malaysia, and Singapore. Jennifer was also honored to be part of the new Veterans coaching initiative partnership with Rockwell Automation and has created customized training programs on transitioning from the military to civilian workforce.
In addition to her roles with IMPACT Group, Jennifer has an extensive background in global operations, training, organizational consulting, recruiting, and talent management. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in International Communications/Psychology from Indiana University. Jennifer holds a special MBA Certificate from the International Institute of Franchise Education (IIFE) and is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). She also earned her Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation Certificate from University of California – Los Angeles.
Jennifer is certified to deliver numerous personality assessments, including Birkman, MBTI, total SDI, StrengthFinders, and DiSC. She is on the Board of Directors & Advisory Board for several nonprofits. She is actively involved in community outreach and has a passion for creating opportunities for Veterans and workers age 55+.
