Juliana Melo is a Global Career & Transition Coach with IMPACT Group where she serves on the Relocation team. She enjoys partnering with individuals, teams, and families to ignite their best to bring the joy and success they always wanted. As a coach, she brings high energy and a positive attitude to build trusting relationships. Her coaching style encourages self-awareness and discovery, which in turn leads to goal achievement.
Throughout her career, Juliana has coached professionals and entrepreneurs from a variety of industries and functional areas, ranging from early career to senior executives, as they’ve explored and navigated personal and professional development, challenges, and transitions. She also has robust experience in talent and leadership strategies, leadership and career coaching, and international transitions.
Juliana discovered the challenges associated with relocating 10 years ago, when she was transferred from Brazil to the USA. She knows firsthand what it is like to learn new languages, settle into a new culture, and transition into a new career. Prior to her work as a career coach, Juliana was a successful global Human Resources leader with over 18 years of progressive experience in multinational organizations (Diageo, BRF, and KPMG). She gained expertise in talent management, learning and leadership development, coaching, inclusion and diversity, and organizational effectiveness. Juliana uses her diverse background to develop people, support meaningful personal and professional transitions, and create solutions to enrich people, culture, and business growth.
Juliana currently lives in Stamford, CT with her husband and two kids. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and credentialed and certified as a professional coach. She holds a major in Psychology along with certifications in Developmental Psychology and Neuro-Linguistics Programming Practitioner. She earned an MBA in Business and is certified in global leadership solutions and personality assessments, such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), StrengthFinders, and Situational Leadership (SLII). Juliana is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
