Kenneth Skoff is a senior human resources professional with 40 years of progressive experience in career development and business outsource (OPS, BPO, PEO, & Liability Management). Ken has successfully assisted hundreds of participants in change management and has been an active career strategist with positive results. His experience includes supporting management teams for Fortune 100 corporations.
Throughout his career, Ken has directed career management centers and supported several top outplacement firms in the country. As an adjunct professor, he assisted candidates and students in target marketing and career development. His work began at the Illinois Department of Employment Security, where he coached participants and advised business owners/managers with job orders, open positions, and application referrals. He also conducted one-on-one intake, interviewed applicants and completed career assessments for job placements throughout several counties.
Ken is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and interned at the Rehabilitation Institute – SIU Clinical Center. Upon graduating, Ken moved to Texas to begin his human resources career supporting the metro markets in Dallas, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. He also served in HR management for businesses and organizations such as American Greetings, Carlton Cards, Horchow – Neiman Marcus, NFL Pro Set, FOCUS Direct, Wells Fargo, and the University of Texas.
An enthusiastic coach, Ken’s personal commitment is to serve professionals, corporate groups, and students from diverse spectrums. He seeks to promote positive transition while guiding others to embrace change.
