A natural coach, Kerri D’Astici leverages two decades of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition to deliver career guidance to IMPACT Group’s program participants. With a focus on developing individualized action plans, Kerri provides tools to help participants showcase their value and connect with hiring managers. She has expertise in networking, interview preparation, and offer negotiations and is dedicated to helping participants achieve their loftiest goals.
Kerri’s desire to help others gain employment started when she witnessed her father struggle in his job search after a layoff. She knew if he only had the tools to connect to the right hiring managers, he would be successful in finding a new job. That experience left a lasting impression. After graduating from college, Kerri set out to help others like her father connect with the right people to land jobs.
With a career that spans 20+ years, Kerri has recruited and placed individuals across all organizational levels in various industries, including technology and financial services. After a time in a strategic leadership role, Kerri found herself yearning to go back to connecting with candidates and helping them obtain new positions. In 2012, armed with the inside knowledge of corporate talent acquisition, she started her own coaching business, HR and Career Blueprint, where she helped 1,000+ professional- and executive-level clients reach their goals.
Kerri holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbra in sociology, with an emphasis in psychology; two master-level certifications in human resources (SPHR and SHRM-SPC); and a certification in professional coaching (CPC).
