For 20 years, Margi faithfully served at-risk youth and families by strategically improving the capacity and programming of community-based nonprofits located throughout Southwest Michigan. With considerable experience as a leader and administrator, she effectively managed a variety of people and projects while serving in the roles of Deputy Director of Community Programs, Director of Administrative Operations, Business Manager, Finance Director, and Consultant.
Margi earned a Bachelor of Business Administration at Baker College and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She regularly consults for highly regarded job boards and outplacement firms as a Career Coach and Professional Résumé Writer. Margi maintains active memberships with the Institute of Coaching, Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, International Coaching Federation, National Career Development Association, and Career Thought Leaders Consortium. She is an avid observer of all facets of pop culture, with an admitted obsession for music, philanthropy, and travel.
