Sharon Stapleton Glennon
With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Sharon Stapleton Glennon joins IMPACT Group with a strong background in HR leadership, talent acquisition and management, and executive coaching at global companies in the public and private sectors. As a career coach, Sharon focuses on empowering participants with the tools, confidence, and competence to succeed at their goals.
Prior to her current role, Sharon served in a variety of HR functions in the financial services and professional education industries, including in business partner and executive coach roles. As an HR leader, she focused on creating and executing people strategies that aligned and supported business strategies. Upon retiring from TransUnion, Sharon accepted an appointment as an adjunct instructor at DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business teaching management and HR.
Sharon has two degrees from DePaul University in Chicago, IL: an MBA in finance and a bachelor’s in accountancy. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications as well as a coaching certification in the Leadership Circle 360 tool. She was recently elected to the Board of the National Résumé Writers’ Association and writes articles on career coaching for a national sorority. Sharon is passionate about helping women re-enter the workforce. She also enjoys spending time with family and travel.
