Tracey Anderson is an experienced corporate learning leader and a professionally credentialed ICF coach who has led teams in human resources, executive development, and learning solution design at a Fortune 50 insurance company with a consistent pattern of exceptional success and high engagement.
Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership coaching, team member coaching, career coaching, leadership development, executive development, social learning applications, and collaborative learning. She has coached numerous executives, high-potential employees, individual contributors, and teams over the past 15+ years.
Throughout her career, Tracey has also repeatedly led the comprehensive planning, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide learning solutions that have significantly lowered costs, increased effectiveness, and developed collaborative and high-impact leaders.
Tracey has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Journalism and Communications at the University of Florida, and a master’s degree in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding Graduate University. She also holds a highly regarded insurance industry designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®). She is an avid gardener and can often be found digging up yet another garden patch.
