Tracy Murphy Paukstys
With experience in both leadership and career coaching, Tracy Murphy Paukstys joins IMPACT Group as a Career/Transition Coach delivering one-on-one sessions to guide individuals in identifying and securing roles that align with their values, personality, strengths, and desires. Tracy loves getting into the weeds of leadership and career development, helping clients to define the results they want, rediscover and leverage their strengths, understand how/where they’re getting in their own way, and identify and close any skill or leadership competency gaps that exist.
In her coaching sessions, Tracy uses assessments and exercises to help clients identify and assess roles and overcome the fears associated with a career transition or change. Additionally, Tracy coaches individuals on personal branding, networking, interview preparation, résumé development, and negotiation strategies.
As someone who has been through the leadership and career coaching process herself, Tracy understands how difficult it is to take a step back, re-evaluate yourself, obtain outside feedback and perspective, and make hard changes to accomplish your goals. As such, Tracy always brings kindness and compassion to her coaching engagements while ensuring her clients move forward toward achieving their goals.
Tracy’s prior professional experience includes 18 years in marketing and marketing research leadership roles with multiple Fortune 500 organizations, where her passion for career and leadership development forged her path to coaching.
Tracy is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Schaumburg Business Association. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has completed MBA coursework from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Tracy is a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) through ICF and is certified in the application and practice of Energy Leadership and The Leadership Circle Profile.
