Vicky Kennedy serves as a Career and Transition Coach for IMPACT Group based in Dubai, UAE. A long-term expat with 15 years of international experience in sales and marketing, Vicky combines her skills and knowledge to support expats with quickly adapting to their new professional and living environments.
As a certified career coach, Vicky helps individuals discover who they really are at their very core and what they need for fulfillment and success in their lives and work. She positions professionals so they can effectively market themselves and secure the best opportunity for them.
Working with people of all ages and with varying goals, she has assisted university students with finding their first position as well as coached senior C-Suite Executives to find their next career move. She is also skilled at guiding start-up entrepreneurs or business owners with establishing businesses in Dubai and helping retirees find a new lease on life.
Well-versed in the process of relocating, Vicky has lived and worked overseas for 14 years, relocated five times, and undergone many career changes. For the past 10 years, she has lived in Dubai and moved houses seven times! Vicky enjoys playing concierge to expats living in or looking to move to Dubai. She takes great fulfillment in supporting expats through the cultural, lifestyle, emotional, and career transitions they encounter.
Vicky holds a BA Hons. Degree in Languages for Business, with specialties in French, German, and Marketing Management. She also holds a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Postgraduate Diploma Module in Strategic Decision Making and is in the process of obtaining The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing Diploma. Vicky is a Miller Heiman Strategic Selling Trainer and Conceptual Selling Subject Matter Expert, Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Co-Active Life Coach (CPCC), Certified Firework Career Coach, and a Certified Executive and Business Coach with the Centre for Executive Coaching.
Vicky sits on the Board of Directors as Vice President of the ICF, Dubai Chapter. When not working with her clients or for the ICF, Vicky enjoys scuba diving, kite surfing, and sailing.
