The 24th annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey collects and reports objective, unbiased evaluations from transferees or assignees moving within the USA regarding their level of satisfaction with external relocation service providers. IMPACT Group earned the highest average score and a higher net satisfaction percentage than the other five firms ranked!
The 16th annual 2018 Relocation Managers’ Survey was conducted to obtain evaluations from corporate relocation managers regarding their level of satisfaction with various service suppliers from the relocation industry. IMPACT Group earned the highest metrics in both average and net satisfaction score compared to the other firms evaluated.
For more than 18 years, IMPACT Group has been ranked #1 in overall satisfaction in the Spouse/Partner Support category according to Trippel Survey & Research.
