Chief Sales Officer
Gail Landázuri is a senior executive with significant experience in the career management, financial services, and human capital consulting industries. She possesses deep expertise leveraging talent and organizational resources to execute against strategy, and she is recognized for her engaging collaborative style of leadership. Currently, she serves as the Chief Sales Officer at IMPACT Group, overseeing our sales department, developing sales strategies, and aligning resources to provide exceptional service to customers.
At the early stages of her career, Gail served at CoreStates/Philadelphia National Bank (later acquired by First Union) as an Account Executive in the International Banking Division. She was subsequently promoted into a series of positions of increasing responsibility, including Business Unit Leader roles; Market Segment Leader with a team focused on market analysis, product design and development, and marketing for various specialty business units within the organization; and Head of Marketing and Strategic Planning for a subsidiary unit.
After 14 years in the financial services industry, Gail joined Right Management in 2000 and was soon promoted to Market Vice President, leading business development initiatives across the region. Gail became Senior Vice President and General Manager in 2005, integrating multiple new regions into her existing territory and executing turnaround initiatives as Right Management integrated geographies.
Gail attended the University of Michigan (including semesters at the Albert Ludwigs Universitat in Freiburg, Germany) for her undergraduate degree, where she pursued dual majors in German Language & Literature, as well as Linguistics. Gail graduated with high honors and Phi Beta Kappa, and went on to earn her MBA in International Management at the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale AZ.
Outside of the office, Gail enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She also serves as Vice Chairman on the Board of Junior Achievement of Delaware Valley. She is a member of the Forum of Executive Women, and a past President of the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association.
