Vice President, Global Leadership Development
With a diverse background in Operations Leadership and HR Management, Marcia Mueller’s career includes roles as Vice President, Practice Leader, and Senior Coach with IMPACT Group. She provides strategic direction for IMPACT Group’s Global Leadership Development Solutions as Vice President of the Division. In this role, she directs a global team to develop and deliver tailored coaching and onsite learning programs aligned with helping organizations achieve business results.
Prior to her roles at IMPACT Group, she served as HR Director and Regional Trainer for Hyatt Hotels; a Corporate HR Leader for a global travel company; and roles as an Area Chair and Professor of HR Management for a nationally recognized university. She has used tailored approaches to coach Executives and Managers to apply positive leadership skills to motivate team performance and maximize their own career potential.
Seen as a natural motivator and coach, Marcia guides clients to take a practical, project management approach in developing personal strategic plans for career development. Marcia inspires and encourages clients as they explore ways to refine and expand their skill sets to remain competitive and continually seek career growth. Marcia has supported clients at all levels of organizations, from senior leaders to production staff, in various industries including, manufacturing, telecommunications, information technology, insurance, hospitality, and financial services.
Marcia is also a skilled facilitator and instructional designer experienced in leading online and onsite training to aid Fortune 500 business leaders in effectively implementing organizational changes. She is recognized for her interactive and collaborative facilitation style and her ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.
Marcia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Stetson University. She is committed to life-long learning and is passionate about sharing her HR knowledge and experience with others. Marcia resides in Tampa, Florida.
