Chief Financial Officer
Max Barnett joined IMPACT Group as Chief Financial Officer in June 2008. He brings more than 20 years of financial and operations experience working with both middle market and Fortune 500 companies.
As Chief Financial Officer, Max directs and oversees all the financial and accounting activities of the corporation, including preparation of current financial reports, as well as summaries and forecasts for future business growth and general economic outlook. He is responsible for long-range financial planning, budget preparation and relationship management with financial vendors. In addition, he oversees IMPACT Group’s information technology and legal vendors.
Prior to joining IMPACT Group, he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Our 365 – a services company that provides customized consumer products to families – where he was directly responsible for all operational, strategic and financial direction. Prior to Our 365, Max was Vice President and Controller for Sunmark, Inc., a St. Louis-based manufacturing company which produced confectionery products. While at Sunmark, Max managed all accounting, planning and analytical functions.
Max holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Missouri. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Missouri.
