Vice President, Service Operations
Throughout her 20+ year career with IMPACT Group, Tanya Fite has displayed a true passion for achieving results through nurturing talent. As the Vice President of Service Operations, Tanya provides leadership for the research, resume, and quality departments. She also maintains an intense focus on the user experience, coach experience, and technology experience. A member of the Executive Committee, Tanya partners with the leadership team to implement IMPACT Group’s overall corporate strategy and company mission to “make a positive IMPACT, one relationship at a time.” She is known for leading with purposeful intent to inspire, innovate, and champion new ideas for increased business performance.
Prior to this role, she served as the Director of Relocation Services, leading the coaching delivery efforts of 200+ highly skilled coaches across the world. She excelled at building productive relationships with internal teams to improve performance and enable company growth and profitability.
Tanya holds a BS in Psychology and is a Board Certified Coach. Her expertise includes relocation consulting, talent development, change management, career coaching, process improvements, and service delivery. Outside of the office, she spends time with family, volunteers with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and serves as a Volleyball Coach and Official in her local community.
